Aging Projects, Inc., Ceasing Operations May 1, 2026

The Aging Projects, Inc. board of Directors voted unanimously, 9-0, on February 20, 2026 authorizing James H. Kelly, President and CEO, to file Articles of Dissolution as required of the General Statutes of North Carolina and to begin the dissolution process.

The Aging Projects, Inc. website www.agingprojectsinc.org, the Aging Projects, Inc., monthly newsletter “News You Can Really Use”, Aging Projects, Inc., referral hotline 828-776-1390, Aging Projects, Inc., Facebook page, Aging Projects, Inc., Spring and Fall events all will cease operations May 1, 2026.

We wish to thank all of our supporters and friends over the past 17 years including our Aging Projects, Inc. Providers, our website visitors, our Facebook followers, and special event attendees.
