Provider’s Statement of Service(s):
Free Weatherization and Heating Replacement - Weatherization services make home improvements that result in safer and more energy efficient homes. The work may include testing the safety and efficiency of the primary heating system; air sealing walls, floors and ceiling; installing ventilation fan; insulting attics, walls, floors, heating ducts; pipes and water heaters; installing vapor barriers; testing and installing smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors; replacing old energy-consuming refrigerators. HARRP's purpose is to repair or replace faulty, non-functioning heating and air conditioning systems.

Note: We are not a subsidized service, but all services are provided free to qualified applicants. We work with both renters and owners as well as any type of home other an an apartment.
