We are a Skilled Nursing Community located in Mills River, NC. We opened in November of 2014. We provide rehabilitation to individuals that will help them manage safely at home. Rehabilitation can be provided upon discharge from the hospital, a doctors orders, or on an outpatient basis. Our brand new community is equipped with a lot of the amenities that you have at home. We offer private rooms with private baths for a peaceful rehabilitation. We can provide you with several selections for your meals. Our therapy gym is equipped with a rehab kitchen, bath, and lots of exercise equipment to get you back home safely. The Lodge likes to provide educational seminars for you to use when you discharge home.
