SimplyHome customizes supportive technology to empower independence for people who are living with disabilities or aging in place.
Our sensor-based systems are designed to alleviate concerns such as cooking safety, missed medications, memory or dementia-related problems, chronic health conditions, and the risk of wandering or falls. Caregivers are notified only when they are needed, promoting the highest level of independence possible for the individual.
Current offerings include the SimplyHome system, PERS units, secure medication dispensers, environmental controls, telehealth systems, a caregiver check-in app, video doorbells, and education & consultation services.
SimplyHome founders Drue and Allen Ray began providing support for individuals with disabilities and senior adults in 1989. While their goal of empowering families and caregivers has remained constant, in 2003 they realized that new technology could change everything. The Rays developed the SimplyHome System and have been expanding their offerings and services ever since. Today we continue our mission of empowering individuals through transformative care models and innovative technology. SimplyHome serves clients throughout the United States and Canada from its headquarters in Arden, North Carolina.
