Meals on Wheels provides hot, nutritious meals Monday through Friday to adults age 60 or older who are homebound and unable to prepare nutritious meals on a regular basis. All meals are low fat/low salt and meet the one-third recommended dietary allowance. Regular, diabetic, vegetarian, soft and blended meals are available. Meals are delivered by caring volunteers who provide daily contact and access to other services as needed.
